So lame I have neither photos or am adding recipes. Just a list.

moghul braised chicken
baigan masaledar -spicy baby eggplants
paratha
carrot pudding or gajar ki kheer
The chicken wasn't great. It actually wasn't even good. The eggplants were meh, which is sad because they were these lovely tiny little things I bought at the Troy NY farmers market.
The carrot pudding would be great as ice cream. I think I'm going to try that.
